Rare-developed Goldeneye 007 is revered as one of the best games on the Nintendo 64, especially beloved for its split-screen multiplayer. Turns out, there was a remastered version in the works for release on the Xbox 360 back in the mid-2000s, but never released due to the variety of rights issues relating to the game. A beta version of that remaster has now leaked, and YouTuber/developer Modern Vintage Gamer takes a look at the game itself running both on dev kit hardware and via emulation.
